Liquid processes (solvent based)
InnoScreen
Rapid, high throughput miniaturized screening generates large libraries of Solid Drug Nanoparticle formulations from small masses of active ingredients. Innoscreen accesses considerable formulation material space and accelerates identification of scale-able formulation options. Commonly, >200 formulations formed and evaluated for dispersion, size, charge, charge density, surface chemistry and excipient type per week. Radioactive hydrophobic compounds may be processed into highly traceable nanoparticle formulations allowing rapid assay and performance evaluation.
InnoFreeze
Proprietary freeze drying approach utilises rapid cryogenic freezing of emulsions to create solid formulations containing nanoparticles of poorly soluble compound. Final candidates are optimised for active ingredient content (up to 80wt% relative to inactive stabilisers) , may contain multiple poorly soluble compounds through a single processing step, are redispersible into aqueous media and have demonstrated stability. Radioactive ingredients may be used in this nanoparticle formation strategy and sterile processing is available.
InnoSpray
Proprietary spray drying approach utilises emulsion processing to create solid formulation containing nanoparticles of poorly soluble compounds. Final candidates are optimised for active ingredient content (up to 80wt% relative to inactive stabilisers) , may contain multiple poorly soluble compounds through a single processing step, are redispersible into aqueous media and have demonstrated stability.
InnoPrep
Nanopreceipitation processesing approach leading to aqueous nanodispersions that may be further processed as liquids or dried to form redispersible solid candidates. Final candidates are optimised for active ingredient content (up to 70wt% relative to inactive stabilisers) , may contain multiple poorly soluble compounds through a single processing step, are redispersible into aqueous media and have demonstrated stability.
Liquid processes (solvent free)
InnoM
A non-solvent approach that forms a liquid nanodispersion of poorly soluble active ingredients in one step. The aqueous nanodisersions may be further processed as liquids or dried to form redispersible solid candidates. Final candidates are optimised for active ingredient content (up to 70wt% relative to inactive stabilisers) , may contain multiple poorly soluble compounds through a single processing step, are redispersible into aqueous media and have demonstrated stability.
Solid Processes
InnoH
A non-solvent approach that forms a liquid nanodispersion of poorly soluble active ingredients.
InnoGrain
Granulation of powdered nanoformulations gives rise to the development of low dust, highly versatile granulated solid products. Dried products from InnoFreeze, InnoSpray, InnoPrep and InnoM, InnoH are processed into granules that are readily handled and formulated.
